  • उत्तर प्रदेश के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और वंचित वर्ग के बच्चों को निजी स्कूलों में मुफ्त शिक्षा का अवसर मिलेगा।
  • शिक्षा का अधिकार (RTE) अधिनियम के तहत राज्य के लगभग 68,000 निजी स्कूलों में मुफ्त प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया 2 फरवरी 2026 से शुरू होगी।
  • RTE नियमों के अनुसार, हर निजी स्कूल को अपनी 25% सीटें गरीब और वंचित वर्ग के बच्चों के लिए आरक्षित करनी होंगी।
  • इन सीटों पर बच्चों को बिना किसी शुल्क के प्रवेश दिया जाएगा, ताकि वे गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकें।
  • वह बच्चे जिनके परिवार की वार्षिक आय कम है या जो सामाजिक रूप से पिछड़े वर्ग से आते हैं, इस योजना का लाभ ले सकते हैं।
  • सरकार इन बच्चों की पूरी शिक्षा का खर्च उठाएगी, जिससे माता-पिता पर कोई आर्थिक दबाव नहीं पड़ेगा।
